How these lessons work

Short, in order, skippable

Most lessons are five or six minutes. Each one ends with what usually goes wrong, which is the part people actually need.

Hands-on labs are coming

Phase 2 adds a private practice you can break: you'll do the task in a real EMR and the lab checks your work against the record.

Synthetic patients only

Nobody in these lessons is a real person. No protected health information appears in Academy content or in the practice sandbox.

Training your whole front desk?

Phase 3 adds sign-in, progress tracking, and completion certificates your office manager can pull for HIPAA workforce-training records.
